Water: Water when potting medium is dry, approximately once a week during spring and summer or when the plant is actively growing, cutting back to very little or not at all in the winter months.

Notes: Pachypodium lamerei drops its lower leaves as it grows. It can also drop leaves in winter when the plant goes dormant; this is normal, and growth should resume in spring.
